As a Freshair Fridays facilitator I know the benefit of focusing on my own well being and how getting outside really supports that.
My focus is on facilitating an innovative 12 session programme for business where we use the outdoors to explore and encourage new habits to manage personal change and motivation by focusing on such aspects as problem solving, communication and resilience.
The programme can be delivered for an organisation or as a group of smaller organisations coming together.
